Top ten debris items usually collected are:
cigarette filters, food bags/wrappers, caps/lids, beverage bottles(plastic), beverage bottles(glass),
straws, beverage cans, bottlecaps, other (plastics), and cups and utensils.
Don't collect natural items like driftwood or seaweed.
Things to Bring
Plenty of water.
Sunscreen and a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
Insect repellent.
A camera to document any strange items.
Work gloves or rubber gloves.
A net.
Dead, stranded or live entangled animals
Do not attempt to free any live entangled animals.
Do not touch or remove any stranded or dead
animals.
Report their location to the Dept. of Environmental
Resources for proper removal.
